Membership dues have not increase over the last 3 years and it is up to all individual members to process your respective annual renewal and ensure that your account profile information has been updated online before February 13th. Member profiles will be extracted from our database in February and used for the printing of the 2015 NCHCA Directory. 2. 2015 NCHCA Directory Advertising
Below are the prices and details regarding the 2015 NCHCA Directory advertising rates. If any members would like to reserve an ad placement in our upcoming 2015 edition, please log onto our website @ www.nchca.ca at your earliest convenience to review the many opportunities that may well suit your business needs. Ad space purchases can be found online under the menu heading E-commerce. Space has been made available to all members on a first-come/first-serve basis.
The 2015 Directories are a valuable source of information and will be available for our entire membership on April 8th, 2015 at our Annual General Meeting being held at the Centurion Conference & Event Center.

Note: Ads need to have ¼ inch margins, both left and right, as a buffer to account for the binding. If you design your own ad, please ensure there is an area in the design that it is acceptable to punch a binding through (i.e. no text that could be cut off or some important element of design that could be impacted).
Terms and Conditions:
Return advertisers have first right of refusal to renew their placeholders; beyond that Cover Page and Divider advertisement will be awarded on a first-come/first-serve basis.
16 inside Divider pages are available.
The Dividers can consist of any combination of ¼, ½, or full page advertising, based on availability.
Advertisements other than the inside front, inside back and back cover will be placed randomly.
Requirement for advertisement graphic is a .jpeg or .gif file of 300 dpi formats or, preferably, the design artwork file (.ai, .eps, or as .pdf).
HST extra at 13%.
Deadline for receipt of advertising and material is February 13, 2015.

Please contact Kyle Burry at burbek directly at 613.222.5939 or firstname.lastname@example.org; burbek inc. is the company that developed and hosts our website and has produced the directories since 2008. Rates for ad design, or edits to existing designs, are included below. Members will be invoiced directly by the Association.

5. We say Goodbye to a dear friend and long standing Board member
The board of directors of the NCHCA would like to wish Graham Brown the very best in his retirement. Graham has been on the Board for almost 10 years and is well respected and known in the industry for his honesty and hard work on behalf of the NCHCA and his employer Terrafix Geosynthetics Inc. Graham plans to move West to Victoria with his wife where is daughter already resides. All the best Graham…Much health and happiness!
6. 2015 Education Series
Once again the NCHCA will be co-hosting education series with the City of Ottawa. After several meetings with city staff, two dates and topics have been confirmed: April 10: Part A-Survey; Part B-Soil Management on Construction Projects April 30: Accessibility
The board is considering whether to plan our own education session for early in the new year. Stayed tuned for further details.
