Notice of NCHCA Virtual 2020 Annual General Meeting

Take notice that the Annual Meeting of the Members of the NATIONAL CAPITAL HEAVY CONSTRUCTION ASSOCIATION will be held as follows:

DATE: Tuesday, September 29, 2020
TIME: 1:00 to 2:00 p.m.
LOCATION: Microsoft Teams Meeting

The purpose of the meeting is to:

1. Receive the Audited Financial Statements for 2019.
2. Appoint Baker Tilly Ottawa LLP as Auditors for 2020.
3. Present the Annual Safety Award.
4. Approve the 2020 Board of Directors.

Meeting Protocol:

• Use the “raise your hand” feature to be recognized to speak
• Mute your microphone unless speaking
• Turn off your camera unless speaking

You may wish to download the desktop Microsoft Teams app before the meeting in order to access all features.

• Motion #4: That the 2020 Annual Meeting of Members be adjourned
