NCHCA and the City of Ottawa are partnering to host a Locates Open Forum to bring together locate system partners: contractors, City staff, Promark, Ontario One Call and utilities.

The objectives of the Forum are to:
(1) understand the challenges faced by the locate system partners
(2) identify strategies and solutions to improve locate performance
