Edson Donnelly

Mr. Donnelly, a Director with Novatech, has over 30 years of progressive experience in all aspects of municipal, transportation and utility engineering. At Novatech, Edson oversees three design and constructions teams, and provides staff mentoring to the company at large. He has carried out a number of functional, preliminary and detailed design assignments for the City of Ottawa, the former RMOC, and other municipalities in Eastern Ontario. Edson has taken specialized training for Value Engineering/Analysis and has participated in a number of Value Engineering Studies for transportation and municipal infrastructure projects throughout Eastern Ontario. He has completed the Project Management Certificate Program at Algonquin College. Edson and his wife live in Stittsville. They have two grown children who have returned to the Ottawa area after completing university out of town. He has been a volunteer with area minor sports associations, and more recently with the Heart and Stroke Foundation, as well as the Arthritis Society as a canvasser.
