Brad Gooderham

Mr. Gooderham entered the industry in 1997 straight out of college as Quality Technician with Tarmac Minerals. Over the next 24 years he has enjoyed success in his career while working for Dibblee Paving and Materials Ltd., Lafarge Canada and is currently the Quality Control/Asphalt Plant and Production Manager for Coco Paving Inc. Outside of work, Brad enjoys spending quality time with his wife and young son, to include many outdoor activities such as skating, fishing, boating, 4 wheeling, raising chickens and planning their annual vacation to Newfoundland. Brad looks forward to his continued contribution moving forward as a sitting member of the board with the NCHCA.
