Dale Downey

Dale began working for the Cavanagh family in May 1995. After completing his Engineering degree at the University of Ottawa. Dale has held many positions throughout his career at Thomas Cavanagh Construction Limited and has had the opportunity to work and grow alongside many local tradesmen. Currently Dale leads the Construction side of Cavanagh as Senior Vice President. Dale is a Pakenham native and resides on his family farm with his wife Jennifer and boys Austin & Tristan, who will be the 5th Generation of Downey’s to farm the land. Dale is proud to live and work in the Ottawa Valley and looks forward to representing his community and contributing to NCHCA’s commitment to the Construction industry.
